Phone Photography Wkshop
Learn the basics of photography using your iphone or android! We will learn everything from landscape and wildlife photography in the beautiful Marymore park to studio lighting and portraiture. Students will come home with a decorated and framed print and photobook. This workshop covers everything a photographer need to know such as mastering camera settings, composition, lighting, and photo editing skills. Please send your student with a phone each day with the snapseed app downloaded prior to the workshop (directions will be emailed) and have access to an email or airdrop to make printing the students masterpieces quick and easy.

Bleach Painting
Create your custom t-shirts and tote bags with bleaching. Make your own designs using bleach pens to sketch on t-shirts and a tote bag. Learn how to safely use bleach in the studio with brushes and stencils. Please dress to get messy, gloves and eye protection will be provided.

4 Day Workshop
2 days a week for two consecutive weeks
Calling all adventurers for an artistic side-quest! During the first two days of this exciting workshop, students will use fundamental hand building techniques to create tabletop gaming accessories like Dice Towers and Character Figurines as well as craft a set of colorful, custom resin dice.
Students will return the following week for another two days of learning basic Dungeons & Dragons. We will build characters and review gameplay then run a one-shot beginner campaign using all the accessories we made last week!

Create 1 of a kind t-shirt art! We will start with a basic shirt and use thrifty finds and your imagination to creatively stitch, fuse draw and embroider your unique narrative piece. *Student must bring a basic shirt in their size

We will use denim pockets and denim pieces of your choosing to explore a new way of reshaping your clothes! Learn about tulle and embroidery techniques to create beautiful cottage core aesthetic florals for your clothes.

Botanical Journal
Loved our Sun Prints workshop? Continue with your natural art journey. Explore the alternative printing processes of anthrotypes, natural dyes, and ‘smash printing’ with local flowers and then tie bind your decorative pages together to create a summer inspired journal.

Knitting Basics
This intro to knitting course will teach students to create colorful and fun bookmarks and coasters! This course will go over basic knitting techniques including knit and purl stitches. Perfect for absolute beginners and those with some experience looking to improve their skills!

Crochet Basics
In this two day workshop, students will learn and utilize basic skills like pattern reading, chaining, single crochet, and double crochet to create a personalized water bottle holder. They will crochet and stitch ears, eyes, and a nose to bring their cute animal creations to life! This workshop will prepare students to pursue other projects, and they will take home the pattern as well as their own crochet hook.

Shibori Bags
In this workshop, students will learn various Japanese shibori techniques including arashi, kumo, and itajime to create a beautiful indigo dyed tote bag and tea towels. We will use gloves and aprons while dyeing, but be prepared to get some blue on your hands, and make sure to wear "work clothes" that may get a little blue too! Work will be available for pick up two days after workshop completion!
