Celebration FAQ’S

Do you provide silverware, plates, napkins, and Fridge/Freezer space?
While we will provide everything needed for the art projects, host families are responsible for all supplies needed for the food portion of the party. We do not have fridge or freezer space.

What kind of decorations should I bring?
Decorations are completely optional, but the most common ones are tablecloths, 5 ft or less banners, and a couple of small tabletop balloon bouquets. No balloon arches or large balloon displays please.

Can we bring additional guests who don’t participate in the activity?
While we wish we could fit all your guests and their families in the studio for your party, we are also open to the public and hosting other events during our party times. Caregivers of children 6 years or older should be encouraged by the host parents to have families drop off kids for the party. We understand our young artists (Ages 2-5) may need a caregiver to assist them with activities, so they are welcome to stay to support their child.

If you choose to have parents stay during the party, we ask that there be just one parent in attendance per child and that parents remain outside the studio to chat or to remain to the side of the activity space so there is enough room for students to comfortably make art and hear instructor directions. We are unable to guarantee seating for additional parents.

How do I pick up my artwork?
Your keepsake birthday plate, along with any clay or pottery artwork, will be ready 10 days after your party. The studio will call the host family to come pick up all of the work once it is ready. The host family is responsible for distributing all guests' work.

When do I pay the remainder of the party cost after the deposit has been paid?
The remaining party balance will be paid on your party date at the beginning or end of your party.

What is your cancellation policy and is my deposit refundable?
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated via email no later than 14 days before your party date, and your deposit will be returned in the form of a studio credit. Notice given 13 days or less to the party date will result in a loss of your $100 deposit. We are happy to assist you in rebooking your party date or time and will transfer your deposit to a different date with proper notice.

Can I do two first activities for the 4-8 aged parties?
No, The activities are divided into categories based on complexity and amount of time needed to complete them.

Why can’t I book a resin party on the calendar?
This class is taught by different instructors and has different availability, please email [email protected] to schedule a resin party.

When do I have to confirm final details?
When first booking your party, we ask that you select your activities and party size to ensure we have ample time for preparations and staffing. If changes do occur, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can adjust staffing and supplies. 48 hours before your event, your activities and group size are locked in and cannot be changed.

When do we/guests show up?
Host families can show up 20 minutes prior to your party start time to set out any food/decorations. Guests should be dropped off at your party start time.

When is the best time for an XL party?
We can offer parties with a guest list of up to 32 students at the 1:00pm and 3:30pm times.
